Our Graphics Studio is a canvas where students express concepts through the power of design, creating messages that resonate without a word spoken. In the Graphics studio, students gain a sound knowledge of colour, typography, images, and layout.
Curriculum focus and Learning Objectives:
- Master the fundamentals of design, from concept to execution.
- Utilize software to create impactful graphics.
- Communicate effectively through visual language.
- Learn the basics of drawing, sketching, shading and character models.
- Hands-on experience in modelling, textures, composition, and character design.
- Paint, draw & edit using different tools in various vector graphics.
- Creation of visual composition to solve problems.
- Using Typography, imagery, colour & form to communicate ideas.
As our students progress through the Graphics Studio, they learn to harness typography, imagery, color, and form not just to decorate, but to problem-solve and communicate ideas effectively. The studio cultivates designers who are not only proficient in their craft but also innovative in their approach, ready to make an indelible mark on the world through the power of visual communication.
